“Hare Krishna” is the most beautiful phrase in the the world

Today on Wescoe beach there were three Hare Krishnas playing music and singing the mantra. I sat around for two hours writing and zoning out, and almost skipped class just to listen to them play. Luckily, i decided to go - double bonus points for showing up to math today, and then fifteen minutes into the hour lecture, someone pulled the fire alarm in the building, and class was over. By the time i got back out to Wescoe, the Hare Krishna band had broken up.

Whilst i was sitting around writing in the two-dollar-journal-worth-an-hour-trek-to-kansas-city-for, Joint ‘n Jehovah Josh, a guy i met on main street when i saw him climb up the barrackades in front of this closed up temple downtown, came up and started talking to me and invited me to - what else - Joint ‘n Jehovah.

I went. I observed. It was a fun, semi-risk taking adventure. I now know someone who has both lit up in, and driven through (on a moped) the kansas campanile.
