Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

Thank you so much for sending me the info about Somaka, and
the opportunity to write something.

I'm sorry I just returned from Delhi, it is late at night and I am exhausted.
But, still I feel that for my own purification, I must say something in appreciation of our dear,
dear godbrother Somaka prabhu.

Although I did not have the good fortune of having so much of his association,
I had so much appreciation for him. His
humility and sincerity almost made him stand out. He was always
enthusiastic to serve, and was such a genuine person--open hearted and loving--you
could not help but feel affection and appreciation for him. Although he had to
face many challenges--he seemed to have always held on tight to the lotus
feet of Srila Prabhupada--and that is the formula for success.

Therefore, I have no doubt that he has received the special mercy of Srila
Prabhupada--and is continuing on in his service to him. I am happy that I
had the good fortune of his brief association, and happy for him that he
has been released from the three fold miseries.

We pray that one day we will meet him again at the lotus feet of Srila Prabhupada.

I humbly bow before Somaka prabhu for the wonderful servie he rendered throughout his life.
